PROJECT PROCESS

  1. Initial consultation
    During this first step the Uneek team will meet with the client to discuss their requirements and create a project outline. This can include an onsite meeting to get a solid idea of the scope of the job.

  2. Quote & First Invoice.
    Once everyone has a good understanding of what is needed, a detailed quote will be drawn up, outlining all materials and inclusions.
    If the client approves, a contract is signed which formally engages Uneek Interior Solutions to undertake the works quoted for.
    After that, Uneek will send an invoice for a 30% deposit. On remittance of payment the Office will formally assign a job number and card.

  3. Project Drawings & Outlines
    Within two weeks of the project starting, the client will receive full copy of shop drawings for the terms quoted.
    Any feedback will be discussed, and once approved, a 30% progress invoice will be issued so that the project can begin the manufacturing stage.

  4. Manufacture & Installation
    Depending on the size of the job, Uneek requires 4 weeks manufacturing time. Once manufacture is nearing completion, a final delivery date will be given. On delivery, a progress invoice will be issued and installation will commence. Pending job size, installation can take anywhere between 1 day to 4 weeks.

  5. Final review & Payment
    After installation is complete, and all parties are satisfied with the job, a final payment of the balance owing is invoiced.
